• Any of our Omnilore Zoom "recurring" meetings which we scheduled for Summer SDGs can be Joined at any time by anyone who has the Join-meeting link from the Meeting Invitation by just clicking on that link.

• This will also be true for any meetings that Spring coordinators schedule from our L8-Zoom & L9-Zoom (and other Something-Zoom@Omnilore.org accounts), as long as:

• the "Enable join before host" option is checked when the meeting is scheduled, and
• the "Enable waiting room" option is NOT checked.

In other words, because we scheduled all Summer SDG meetings with those two options set that way, it is essentially immaterial what is the listed start day/time or duration (I generally set all of them to 3 hours) of any Omnilore meeting.  It's like each meeting is going on continuously and can be joined at any time of a 5-month period.

1. Any 2 or more members can conduct a side meeting at any time, on any day, but just agreeing on that date/time and then all clicking the Meeting Invitation's link at the agreed-upon time.  The 40-minute time limit is still waived for any such early get-togethers.

• This allows test meetings for those getting on Zoom for the first time or meet-ups to check out Screen Sharing for a presentation 30 minutes before a scheduled meeting, or on a prior day, or whenever.  Or, any other kind of side meeting 2 or more members want to have.
  

2. It is not necessary for coordinators to Sign In to the corresponding Something-Zoom@Omnilore.org Zoom account to make changes to scheduled meetings in case of changes in times or dates from what I set up for you.  Just inform all your classmates.
